With an encouraging developmental setting, adequate infrastructure and growing investments, there is a renewed focus in Malaysia for geospatial information, technologies and its applications. Held for the first time in 2006, Map Malaysia is looking to emerge as the national forum for geospatial professionals in Malaysia.

Map Malaysia 2009 will be held from April 21 to 22 in Penang, Malaysia with the theme 'Geospatial for All - All for Geospatial'. The conference, will embrace on all aspects of addressing 'Geospatial for All - All for Geospatial' in the context of present demands and fast paced technological changes.

Byte Craft will be participating as an exhibitor showcasing the latest visualization solutions using the Google GeoSpatial solutions. We will also be joined by Google Geo Senior Product Manager, Andrew McGlinchey who will be providing an overview for Google Geo in an Oil & Gas environment.
